Your First Smash It Visit: A Simple Planning Checklist

Start with the kind of outing you want

Picking a new activity is fun. Getting everyone organized can take a little more work. Start with one question: what would your group most like to do?

At Smash It, Rage Rooms involve breaking approved items with provided tools. Throw Zone is for throwing glass in a designated space. Splatter It is a paint-and-canvas activity. Check your chosen location’s available sessions before deciding. Explore how the activities work.

Keep the booking details together

Before reserving, make a short note with your location, date, participant count and chosen activity. Review the session length and exactly what the booking includes. If someone wants to add another activity, check its availability and cost rather than assuming it comes with the first one.

Forward the confirmed details to your group in one message. Keeping the address and start time together saves everyone from searching through a long conversation on the day.

Prepare before you leave

Closed-toe shoes are required. Choose clothes and shoes you are comfortable getting dirty or potentially damaging. Read the current age, supervision and waiver requirements, especially if your group includes minors. Check the visit FAQs.

For your session, follow staff instructions and use the required protective equipment. Breaking objects carries a risk of injury; protective equipment does not remove that risk.

Make room for questions

If a detail is unclear, ask before booking. A quick check about your group or activity is easier than changing the plan after everyone arrives.
